WHAT IS BIKRAM YOGA?
Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga, is a series of twenty-six postures practices in 105ºF for ninety minutes. Each posture is performed in a formulated sequence designed to safety stretch and strengthen the body.

The Bikram Method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves systematically circulating fresh, oxigenated blood to your entire body.

The heat allows for a safer, deeper practice by warming up muscles and joints. Hot yoga also helps to detoxify your body throught sweet and promotes blood circulation by expanding your blood vessels.

The Bikram series is accessible anyone, whether you are stiff or limber, strong or week, a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Every class offered is the same series of twenty-six postures. Performing the same sequence each time offers you a consistent experience, allowing you to move at your own pace as your practice evolves.
